Hawk & Mason Studios (“we”, “our”, or “us”) builds mobile games and applications with a clear, simple privacy principle: collect only what is necessary to operate, protect, and enhance your experience. We respect your privacy and never sell your personal data.

1. Applications Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to all digital products published by Hawk & Mason Studios, including:

• AeroPulse (Live 3D Flight Radar & Aviation Intelligence)
• EliteLoop (Private Social Discovery & Events)
• Sugar Tiles (Daily Sweet Block Puzzle Game)
• Ittako (Toy Night Climb Adventure)

2. Information We Process

• Flight & Telemetry Data (AeroPulse): Publicly broadcasted ADS-B flight information, route waypoints, airport schedules, and turbulence models. No personal flight booking or passenger identification records are tracked.
• Location Data: Used strictly on-device to show aircraft overhead (AeroPulse AR Scanner) or nearby venues (EliteLoop). Location is never shared with unauthorized third parties or sold to data brokers.
• Account & Authentication: Sign in with Apple or email authentication. We support guest access and allow complete, permanent account deletion directly within the apps. In AeroPulse, email profiles are stored locally on your device only — there is no AeroPulse account server, so nothing syncs across devices.
• Diagnostics & Analytics: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics to fix bugs and maintain high framerates.
• Purchases & Subscriptions: In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (StoreKit). We never receive or store credit card details.

3. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate trusted platform services including Apple StoreKit, Apple MapKit, and privacy-compliant analytics. These providers operate under strict data protection agreements.

AeroPulse additionally uses:

• RevenueCat: manages PRO subscription entitlements. It processes an anonymous App User ID and your purchase/subscription status. Billing itself is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit — RevenueCat and Hawk & Mason Studios never see your card details.
• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): shows advertising to free-tier users. On iOS, AeroPulse requests App Tracking Transparency permission before showing any personalized ad; declining limits ads to non-personalized delivery. You can report an inappropriate ad directly from the app's Profile screen.

4. Account & Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the in-app profile settings or by emailing hello@hawkmason.com. Upon request, all stored profile records are permanently purged.
