What it is, what it is not

Pondr is a thinking and writing app. It is not a medical or psychological service, treatment or therapy; it does not diagnose and does not advise. The mirror’s notes are written by an AI and can be wrong; base no decision on them alone. If you are going through a hard time, talk to a professional; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Subscription

The first subject (four sittings) is free. After that there is one yearly subscription. When a free trial is offered, cancelling before it ends means no charge. The subscription renews through your Apple account; you can cancel in App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.

Your content

What you write is yours. The app processes it only to prepare the mirror for you. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Ayna’nın notları bir yapay zekâ tarafından yazılır ve hata içerebilir; hiçbir kararını yalnızca bunlara dayandırma. Zor bir dönemdeysen bir uzmanla konuş; acil durumda 112.

Abonelik

İlk konu (dört oturum) ücretsizdir. Sonrası için tek bir yıllık abonelik vardır. Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda deneme bitmeden iptal edersen ücret alınmaz. Abonelik Apple hesabından yenilenir; yenilenmeden en az 24 saat önce App Store ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin. İadeler Apple’ın kurallarına tabidir.

Senin içeriğin

Yazdıkların senindir. Uygulama bunları yalnızca sana Ayna’yı hazırlamak için işler. Uygulamayı yasadışı bir amaçla ya da başkalarına zarar vermek için kullanamazsın.

Sorumluluk

Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
