For airline crew

Crewops

Your roster, read properly.

Import the roster your airline already sends you, then see what it actually leaves you: the flight duty period ceiling, the rest you are owed, how the month is stacking up, and where the fatigue is coming from. Built for line pilots and cabin crew, by someone who flies the line.

New in 1.2.1: a change history that keeps every roster update day by day; each duty's route on the map; new readers for AIMS, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon, CAE Crew Access and calendar links; flown hours counted the way your logbook counts them, with planned hours shown apart; and widgets in your own colour theme.

Watch

Crewops in 60 seconds

Roster import, duty limits, fatigue, Crewmates, the flight map and the Lock Screen countdown — one minute, with sound.
What it does

Everything your roster does not tell you

📥

Reads the roster you already have

On NetLine/CrewLink the app signs in and pulls the roster itself. AIMS eCrew, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon, CAE Crew Access and RAIDO are read from their roster page, PDF or calendar link, and a pasted calendar link refreshes on its own. Any .ics or roster PDF works too, read on the device from its text layer with OCR as the fallback. 273 operators come preconfigured. System not read yet? Send it to us in one tap and we add it.

⏱️

Limits that match your rule set

EASA, UK CAA, FAA Part 117 and Turkish SHGM. FDP ceilings, minimum rest, cumulative duty, and the earliest they can call you again — with the margin the roster leaves, not just the numbers on it.

🌙

Fatigue you can point at

An indicator built from the schedule itself: WOCL encroachment, early starts, short rest, consecutive days, time-zone displacement. Never a fitness-to-fly verdict. That call stays yours.

📗

A logbook you own

Sectors you confirm become logbook rows. EASA and FAA CSV export whenever you want them. Cabin crew get their own flight-and-duty record with block time, duty time and night stops.

🩺

Coaching, with sources

Sleep, body clock, light and caffeine windows, cosmic radiation against the Euratom reference levels. Seventy-six cards that fire off your own numbers — 27 on fatigue, 22 on sleep, 15 on the body clock, 12 on radiation — each naming the study or regulation behind it.

🗂️

Documents that warn you early

Licence, medical, passport and visa expiry dates, with reminders before they bite, and a note of which destinations need which visa.

☁️

Your devices, in step

Optional iCloud sync keeps your roster, logbook, documents and settings the same on every device you own, through your own iCloud account. Off by default, encrypted on the device with a key that never leaves your devices. Sleep, fatigue and IMSAFE entries never go to iCloud.

📅

Every change, on record

A roster moves several times a week. Crewops keeps every update: what changed, day by day, with the old time struck through beside the new one, the duty that was added and the one that was taken away. Last Monday's change is still there on Friday.

🗺️

Every sector, mapped

The routes you have flown drawn on one map, with block hours, sectors and airports adding up underneath — flown sectors only, deadheads left out, the hours still planned shown apart. Every duty shows its own route too. After each flight, a summary — block, FDP margin, fatigue, estimated dose — that you confirm into the logbook and can share as an image.

📝

Notes that stay

A note on every duty and on every airport: the gate that always changes, the hotel shuttle, the crew room code. Refreshing the roster never wipes them, and they travel with iCloud sync when it is on.

🧑‍✈️

Your crew, one screen

Crewmates shares your roster, read-only, with the colleagues you invite, and shows you theirs: who is flying, who is off, and a grid of the weeks ahead — press and hold a day to see that flight. It runs through your own iCloud with Apple's sharing, costs nothing, and never includes sleep, fatigue or health entries. Stop sharing or leave whenever you like.

🔒

On your Lock Screen, in your calendar

Home and Lock Screen widgets in your colour theme show the next duty, and a Live Activity counts down to report on the Dynamic Island — and on to release if you want it through the duty. The roster can mirror into your calendar with a reminder before each report. All local: no server, no push.

Your roster, your hours and your health are on your device, not on our server. We do not have an account system, because we do not want your data.

Crewops computes everything on the device. The only things it fetches are public weather and space-weather feeds, your own airline's portal or calendar link when you ask it to, and signed app updates from our own server. If you switch iCloud sync on, an encrypted copy goes to your own iCloud account and nowhere else. Crewmates shares only your duties, only with the people you invite, through your iCloud.

Works with your crew system

One app, whichever system rosters you

Read directly

Lufthansa Systems NetLine/CrewLink — signs in to your airline's CrewLink portal and refreshes the roster on its own, change notices included. AIMS eCrew, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon and CAE Crew Access — from the roster page opened in the app, or its PDF.

By calendar or file

RAIDO, FLiCA and CAE calendar links refresh by themselves once pasted. Any .ics calendar or roster PDF — text or scanned — is read on the phone. Rule sets: EASA ORO.FTL, UK CAA, FAA Part 117, Turkish SHGM.

Build crew software? Run an airline?

We would like to work with you: roster export formats, test rosters, a reader for your system, or Crewops for your crews, union or crew association. Write to hello@hawkmason.com.

Crewops is independent. The system names above belong to their owners and are used only to say which formats the app reads; no endorsement is implied.

Questions

What crew ask first

Which crew rostering systems does Crewops read?

NetLine/CrewLink automatically; AIMS eCrew, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon, CAE Crew Access and RAIDO through their roster pages, PDFs or calendar links; and any .ics calendar or roster PDF. If yours is not read yet, the app sends us a sample in one tap and we add it.

Which flight time limitation rules does it use?

EASA ORO.FTL, UK CAA, FAA Part 117 and Turkish SHGM: the flight duty period ceiling, minimum rest, cumulative duty, and the margin the roster leaves you.

Is my roster uploaded anywhere?

No. There is no account and no Crewops server holding your data; everything is computed on the phone. Optional iCloud sync and Crewmates go through your own iCloud account.

Does Crewops work for cabin crew?

Yes. Cabin crew get the same duty limits, rest and fatigue views, and their own flight-and-duty record with block time, duty time and night stops.

Can I export my logbook?

Yes. Flown sectors become logbook rows you can export as EASA or FAA CSV at any time. Deadhead sectors count as duty, never as flight time.

We build crew software or run an airline. Can we work together?

Yes — write to hello@hawkmason.com about export formats, test rosters or partnerships.

Support & trust

Questions, bugs, or a rule set we got wrong

Crewops is not an operator's system of record and it does not replace your company's crew portal or your official logbook. If a limit looks wrong for your operation, tell us which rule and which duty — that is the feedback that improves it fastest.
