Your JetXBit or NetLine roster on your iPhone

If your airline publishes the roster on a JetXBit or NetLine/CrewLink crew portal, you can stop opening it in the browser. Sign in once in Crewops: the roster comes to the phone, refreshes on its own and shows you what changed.

In four steps

  1. Install Crewops from the App Store, on iPhone or iPad. There is no account to create.
  2. Open Profile → Roster sync and pick your airline. If it is not in the list, type the portal address you normally open in the browser.
  3. Sign in once. NetLine/CrewLink takes your crew code and password. JetXBit takes your portal user name and password, and on the first sign-in the code the portal sends to your e-mail.
  4. Let it refresh. Crewops downloads the roster and reads it. With automatic update on, it refreshes when you open the app, at most every 6 hours.

What you get once it is in

NetLine change notifications

CrewLink can hold the duty plan until you acknowledge a roster change. When that happens Crewops does not guess: it shows you the notification report, and you confirm it yourself inside the app. It is the same acknowledgement you would give on the portal, and the app never gives it for you. Once you confirm, the new roster comes in.

The JetXBit e-mailed code

JetXBit e-mails a code every time someone signs in with a password. Crewops keeps the portal session on the device, so you enter the code on the first sign-in and again only when the portal ends the session, not on every refresh.

Your password and your data

Your portal password stays in the iPhone Keychain and goes only to your own airline's portal, from your phone. There is no Crewops server holding your roster and no account. Your airline sees nothing from the app unless you choose to share it. If your operator does not allow third-party apps to sign in, download the roster PDF from the portal instead: Crewops reads that too.

Other crew systems

Crewops also reads AIMS eCrew, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon, CAE Crew Access, RAIDO and Sabre CWP from their roster pages, PDFs or calendar links. If your file does not read, the app lets you send us a sample with one tap.
