Noticely — Terms of Use
Effective date: 26 October 2026
These terms cover the Noticely app for iPhone, published by Hawk & Mason Studios (a trading name of Hakan Aydın, Türkiye). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms prevail.
Use of the app
Noticely reads documents you point it at and keeps records of them on your device. You are responsible for checking a record before relying on it: the app reads what is in the photo and can misread a date or an amount. Reminders and calendar entries are a convenience, not a guarantee; a missed reminder is not something we can be held liable for.
Noticely Pro
- Yearly subscription — billed through your Apple Account, renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro on the Apple Account that bought it, for as long as the app is available.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Apple handles payment, refunds and receipts; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Pro covers: unlimited history, back-scan of the photo library, weekly digest. Reading, Siri, reminders and the widget stay free for everyone.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features, and the app may stop supporting older iOS versions. If a Pro feature is removed, we will do our best to replace it with an equivalent.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by a misread document or a missed reminder. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in the EU and elsewhere keep the protections of their local law.
