Ittako — Support

Frequently asked

I lost my progress.

Progress lives in a single file inside the app’s private storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes it, and there is no cloud backup — the game has no network code at all, by design. An iPhone backup that includes app data will restore it.

Can I play on another device?

Not today. Progress does not sync, for the same reason: the game never talks to a server.

I reached the bed, but the game keeps going.

That is intentional. The first time you reach the bed the run ends and you get the gold card. After that the bed becomes a doorway, and the Star Floor above it continues indefinitely.

A section feels impossible.

Every chunk and every seam is machine-verified as passable, across 2,500 generated levels. If one still feels impossible, tell us the height in metres — that number is enough for us to find the exact piece.

Can I make the game easier?

Yes, and nothing is locked behind it. Settings has longer glide, softer gravity and reduced shake. Runs made with them are kept in a separate record so your main one stays comparable — not as a penalty.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

No. Ittako is a one-time purchase. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription, no account, no data collection. It works in airplane mode.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. Rated 4+. No chat, no user content, no advertising, and no way to spend money inside the game.
