Crewops Insight
Drop your roster export. Insight reads every duty the way a fatigue risk assessment does: FDP against the table ceiling, predicted alertness through the duty (Three-Process Model, aircrew parameters), the EASA night-duty subtypes, and planned against flown. It runs in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded.
ACCESS
Crewops Insight is licensed per operator. The same code that unlocks Crewops Crew for your pilots opens this page. No code yet? Run it on the sample roster, or ask for a trial on your own files.

Duties
KSS 1–9 (Karolinska Sleepiness Scale) and Samn-Perelli 1–7 predicted at top of descent; EASA FTL 2.0 risk markers are KSS ≥ 7 and SP ≥ 5. Sleep is predicted from the roster, not measured. "Night" follows ED Decision 2023/023/R: start 02:00–04:59 · end 02:00–05:59 · end after 06:00 (start before 02:00). PSWM is the GM5 CS FTL.1.205 prior-sleep/wake score (0 none · 1–4 low · 5–8 moderate · 9+ high).

Model card
What this is. A roster reading with two layers: the duty-factor indicator Crewops shows crew (WOCL, early start, long FDP, sectors, short rest, consecutive duties, 7-day load, time zones; 0–100) and a biomathematical prediction from the Three-Process Model of alertness (Åkerstedt & Folkard; parameters re-estimated on 136 aircrews by Ingre et al. 2014, PLoS ONE 9(10):e108679), the same model family behind the Boeing Alertness Model. Sleep is generated from the duty pattern with the paper's thresholds; time-zone adaptation 30 % per day; KSS = 10.6 − 0.6 × alertness.
What it is not. Not a measurement of any person, not a validated commercial product, not a fitness-to-fly judgement and not an FRMS by itself. Per CASA (2010, 2014) and the IATA Human Factors Task Force (2025): model outputs support a risk assessment and compare rosters relatively; any threshold must be validated in your own operation; never a sole go/no-go. FTL tables are implemented from the published regulation and marked unverified in the Crewops app; your operator's scheme and system prevail.
Where the data goes. Nowhere. Parsing and modelling run in this page; close the tab and it is gone.
